When you send, drop off or have us pick up your project - regardless of the size of the project - we inspect, log, and categorize your needs. We then provide you with a full analysis, including delivery time, costs and any additional information that may be needed. While there are media that do not transfer well, if we encounter that with your project, we make every attempt to correct or repair the information, and we will inform you immediately if the project has issues that will prohibit it from being properly digitized.
 Every customer receives a unique tracking number so you can follow the progress of each of your jobs we have in house. Updated daily, you can log into our secure site and see where we are in the process. Each customer’s information is secure and private. No one can see your job information except you and us.
