| What is the quality of duplicated “Burned” CD/DVD copies? The copies will be exact duplicates of your original disc. Our state-of-the-art system as well as the statistical checking we do ensures each copy against the original. If you have found problems with other companies burned discs it is probably due to the lower quality discs being used as well as poor quality control. Top What about digital text on a CD? There is a lot of confusion and misunderstanding about this. Our space is too limited to discuss in detail but if you create a disc of original songs and import into ITunes, it is highly likely that a different name will appear, with windows media player even with digital text it may show up as “unknown artist”. We can correct some of these items with your project but not all. It has to do with the CDDB and the individual software players. We are approved contributors to Gracenote CDDB and can include your releases into the database. Yes... we can convert a region 2-6, PAL or SECAM DVD and make a region 1, NTSC (American) system DVD that can be played on any set top DVD player. Top If I have "Chapter”, "Tracks" or "Menus" on my original disc, will the copies have them as well? Yes. All Chapter, Track and Menu information is transferred to the copies along with any other data on the original discs. Top I burn my masters on DVD+R. Can you make copies of that also? We can make copies from DVD+R, but the disks that you receive back will be DVD-R, which is currently the most compatible format for DVD players around the world. Top What formats of CD/DVD's can you duplicate from/use as a master? We can make copies of ANY CD/DVD (-R, +R, -RW, -RAM, Mini CD/DVD, Mini CD/DVD-RW), as long as it does not have copy protection enabled on your master. We do however suggest NOT using RW as a format for your master as they can become unstable with re-writing and erasing. We also duplicate from Mini DVD's and copy them onto a full size DVD-R's. Top How many copies can you make from my original? We can make an unlimited number of perfect copies from your master disc without any loss of quality. Top What about copy protection on burned discs? Copy protection on burned discs is available but costly and tricky. It is still an evolving solution. We highly recommend that you copyright all of your original material to protect against theft and provide you with proof of ownership. Top Can you make a copy of my vinyl record without copyright ownership? We have researched this ourselves personally and the law states that individuals MAY make 1 copy of a vinyl record for their own personal use whether it be in print or out of print. We require that you sign a release form that states that any copy we make of a lawfully purchased vinyl album will be used strictly for your own personal use. So relax, bring us all your vinyl and we will provide beautiful digital copies for you. Top My grandchildren bought me this MP3 player and I can’t figure out how to put music on it, can you help?
